Music Icons for Saadiyat Nights – The Insider UAE

January sees a three-month festival, the first-ever Saadiyat Nights, begin. An open-air music event series, taking place on Saadiyat Island from 6 January 2024, will feature five-time Grammy winner (and all-round music legend) Mariah Carey, the iconic Italian tenor, Andrea Bocelli and acclaimed Artis GooGoosh who is performing her last ever tour.

Multiple international music legends will play across multiple weeks in a specially constructed open-air venue which boasts the stunning backdrop of Saadiyat Island views.

Mariah herself kicks off the festival on 6 January, brining her decades-long back catalogue of number one hits to the UAE.

GooGoosh, one of Iran’s most popular and iconic performers, takes to the stage on 20 January and is set to wow audiences with songs spanning six whole decades of success. Billed as her last tour, this will be the final chance for fans to hear their favourite tracks performed live.

Andrea Bocelli features on 27 January with passionate favourites from his internationally acclaimed repertoire.
