Stone Island Readies FW23 Hand Colouring Drop

Like clockwork, Stone Island stays on the ball of releasing seasonally appropriate pieces that retain its technical core. Now the brand is continuing its descent into the Fall/Winter 2023 season with its new “Hand Colouring” drop.
Small, yet mighty, the eye-catching drop tosses a down jacket, vest, cotton hooded jacket, sweatshirts, technical lightweight canvas pants, and sweatpants in pigmented-spotted constructions. Out of the lot, the down jacket and vest stands out with their David-TC construction, which is derived from a star-shaped Japanese polyester/polyamide substrate.
A key fact about the fabric is that it is transformed during the dyeing process as it endures a heat-induced compression under pressure at 130°C. The included bold lobster red and lead hues are complete with manually treated color spots before undergoing a fixer and washing stage.
This past September continued its “Ghost Pieces” range for the FW23 season with a new lineup of pieces in dark beige and dark navy shades. Of course, the outerwear serves as the hero pieces, which appeared mostly in O-Ventile® – a 100% organic weather resistance fabric.
With the latest drop, Stone Island is not slowing down for the colder months ahead. Take a look at the offering in the gallery and video above. Stone Island’s FW23 Hand Colouring drop is available now online.
