The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Chicago” is scheduled to drop on the 21st of October. The SNKRS app has it listed for $145.
A cow in a barn knocks over a lantern…that’s the legend, at least. We’ll never know exactly what caused the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, but we can tell you that Windy City residents rallied together to build back their city even better than before. The AF1 ’07 “Chicago” harnesses warm earth tones with hits of Burnt Black and Claystone Red to signify the city’s old architecture. Even the cow gets a nod on the inner Swoosh overlay, and cracked leather pairs with vintage suede for a timeworn finish.

Built for, validated by, and told through the city: Chicago, this one’s for you. Nike teamed up with six local streetwear legends (Leaders, Notre, RSVP, St. Alfred, SVRN and Succezz) to craft sneakers inspired by the resilience of Chicagoans past and present. Through the stories at the heart of these designs, the Chicago Pack evokes an ever-evolving blend of heritage and modernity, fire and water, steel and wood. As a unifying touch, both footwear styles feature a special-edition graphic on the insole and tongue label—the Chicago skyline overlayed by a Nike Swoosh.
